Special Instructions

Mash in at 67 celsius for 60 minutes, mash out at 76 C (volume: 4 gallons/15 L)
2.
Sparge at 76 C to collect 6.5 gallons/23 L of wort before the boil (post boil target: 5 gallons/19 L)
3.
Ferment at 18 degrees in primary for 10 days
4.
Rack to secondary and lager for 2 weeks at 14 degrees
5.
Bottle condition then lager at 10 degrees for 1 month
