Aqueça 22 a 25 litros de agua na panela até 72C

Adicione os grãos e mantenha a temperatura 68C por 60 min

Após 60 min, descance o mosto por 10 min

Recircule o mosto por 10-15 min

Subir a temperatura até ferver

Adicionar o lúpulo, e ferver por 60 min

Aguarde 5 min e faça whirlpool
8.
Resfriamento abaixo de 30C
9.
Trasfega para fermentador
10.
5 dias a 19C
11.
10 dias a 10C
12.
4 dias a 0C (opcional)
13.
Refermentação na garrada de 5 a 7 dias
