MACERADO: Empiezo calentando 8'5 litros de agua en la olla de 13'75 litros. Metodo BIAB (grano en bolsa). 65-66ºC durante 60 minutos, 68ºC durante 20 minutos y "mash up" los últimos 10 minutos. RECIRCULADO: Preparados 3'5 litros de agua a 75-77ºC. HERVIDO: Tendré 10 litros hirviendo durante 60 minutos. *Incidencia: Filtros para lúpulo muy probablemente no dejaran pasar todos los aromas, sabor y amargor. ENFRIADO: En serpentín y fregadero hasta 25ºC. FERMENTADO 9 días a 21ºC de media. EMBOTELLADO: Guarda en botella durante 3 semanas.
