Lacto Starter 1 Week prior to pitching

Quick 10 Min boil after mash collection, cool to 100 then add Lacto.

Boil for 10 More min once lactic fermentation is complete, add hops.

Ferment with Ale yeast

Rack to secondary and age on Tart Cherries for one month.
