Sweet Stout with lactose and cacao nibs so, kind of a Chocolate Milk Stout. I added 1/2 lb of extra oats to increase smoothness of beer. By mistake, added extra water to mash so, ended up missing OG by 0.007 points (1.053) Will try it again using Safale S-04 yeast (2 ea.)

Mash Schedule: Batch Sparge

Strike grains with 5.50 gal of water at 161.0 °F

Mash at 151 °F for 60 min

Vorlauf a couple times and collect 3.37 gal for first runnings

Add 3.63 gal of sparge water at 168 °F

Vorlauf a couple times and collect 3.63 gal for second runnings
7.
Combined runnings should total the 7 gal required for boil

For Cacao Nibs additions:

Add 1cup of unsweetened cacao powder @15min
10.
After fermentation, transfer beer to secondary, add the other 2oz of Cacao Nibs. Leave it for another 2-3 weeks
