Mash temperature was 151.5 degrees for 90 minutes

Notes:

Dry hopped today with 8 oz of Warrior hops, 4 oz in each bucket. Final gravity reading was 1.03 in each bucket. Ugh....

Notes:

It only bubbled for about 24 hours. By Monday night it was pretty much dormant. Not really sure why other than it might have been too warm and blew too hard too early.

Notes:

Added 7.5 gallons of water at 163.5 degrees to 22 lbs of 70 degrees grain to get a 151.5 mash temperature for 90 minutes.

Added 2 gallons of boiling water after 90 minutes to bring temperature up to 167. Sparge water was 180 degrees at 11 gallons.

Gravity before the boil was 1.054 on 13 gallons.

Notes:

Gravity after the boil was 1.057 and ended up putting 5 gallons in each bucket. There was a ton of trub. Starting temperature is around 74 degrees and the basement temperature is 69.5 degrees.
