Special Instructions
1.Made 2 yeast starters with one pack of dry yeast - 24 hours.
2.Mash temperature was 151.5 degrees for 90 minutes
It only bubbled for about 24 hours. By Monday night it was pretty much dormant. Not really sure why other than it might have been too warm and blew too hard too early.
Gravity after the boil was 1.057 and ended up putting 5 gallons in each bucket. There was a ton of trub. Starting temperature is around 74 degrees and the basement temperature is 69.5 degrees.
