Notes:

Transferred to keg after cold crash - BRIX 4.4 - Estimated ABV 3.8%. It's like a liquid green apple.

Notes:

Second boil 4/26 - OG 1.039 BRIX 9.8 - Yield down to 4.9 gal from 5.5 after first boil. Next time, figure in full hour boil between two boil sessions plus evaporation during souring. Wort smelled like honey and apple with a little bit of something funky. Massive chunks of bacterial goo churned to the top of the kettle prior to boil starting, but dissolved during boil.

Notes:

First boil 4/19 - OG 1.037 BRIX 9.0
