At 10 minutes add Yeast Nutrient and Super Moss

Add 3 lbs Vitners blood orange puree to fermenter

Chill to 68, Aerate, pitch Lacto and Yeast
9.
Primary ferment 7 to 10 days
10.
Rack and secondary ferment 14 days
