Boiled 70 min. Steepened grains for 20 min. Brought to 170, put on lid and let sit for 20 min. Used part spring water and part tap water. I pitched the yeast at 72. Put in chiller and set to 68. I forgot to take the OG. On 12/28/2012 the final gravity was 1.020.
