Single infusion mash at 154°F for 60 min. I chose to use malted wheat so I wouldn't have to do a stepped mash. The wheat flavor still comes through very well. I broke my hydrometer in the process of brewing so no OG or FG readings on this one, but I know it's not nearly as big as this App is predicting. Tastes and feels closer to 7 or 8% ABV. Still much bigger than the typical style though.
