Notes:

fruity hop aroma, not overly done. medium body/ mouth feel. Mildly sweet earthiness up front with some lingering bitterness on the tongue. I'm assuming the spicy bitterness is rye and bittering hops. Light amber color, darker than 7.7 SRM, probably from Victory malt and, remember, the LME was Rye LME that may be a little darker. After 2 days in the keg, its still a little hazy. Rye malt? This is the first time I've used any kind of rye malt. WTH, it is homebrew! I must say, it does drink lighter than a 6.6-6.7% ABV beer. We got OG of 1.064 @ 80 degrees, and our FG was 1.015 @ 68 degrees. Over all, quite happy with this one. Next time we will try less bittering hops and little more hops after 15 min.
