Ferment for 2 weeks @ 16C

Raise fermentation to 18C for 2-5 days until FG = 1.010-1.008

Cold crash for 2 days then add Gelatine, let rest in fridge for another 2 days.

Siphon into bottling bucket and keg / bottle.
