Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains at in 4L of 71C water for 30 minutes.
2.
Sparge with 4L of 76C water.
3.
Dissolve LME, make to boil volume, and bring to the boil.
4.
Follow hop addition schedule.
5.
Remove from heat, let flame-out hops steep for 20mins.
6.
Strain into clean and sanitised fermenter.
7.
Pitch yeast at 21C.
