-Added 1 campden tablet to 5.5 gallons of strike water (1/2 RO, 1/2 Pasadena tap)-Hit target mash temp of 152 w/ strike water heated to 164 degrees (grain temp 90)-Yeast starter smelled a bit funky-Temp held through 90 min mash @ 152-Forgot to add hops at beginning of boil, had to add late and more, in order to get IBUs needed.-OG 16.4 Brix - 1.067-FG 10.9 Brix or 9.9 Brix (Kyle forgot) - 1.028/1.022 (ABV = 5.1% or 5.9%)
