Special Instructions

1.
1 cup of honey=0.75lbs dilute honey with 1:1 hot water before addition
2.
Put 1 lb of extract at beginning of mash, after 60 minutes turn off heat and add rest of extract.

Use yeast starter for barelywines
4.
Turn heat back on after extract is dissolved, bring to a boil, add honey, Irish moss, and hops
