1.Mash-in at 152 degrees for 60 minutes
2.Add 12 chocolate covered doughnuts (6 if its a five gallon batch) in small bits in the mash and recirculate
3.sparge at 170 for an hour or until enough runnings
4.add irish moss with about 15 minutes left in the boil
this recipe ended up being an oops and i really don't know how to remedy for the extra sugar and doughnut yeast but it came out to around 9.5% making it an imperial and very Hot'n'Fresh. Going to add some lactose at kegging to add some sweetness to it.
