Create a yeast starter during the boil and cooling time.

Pour Room Temp Water and Pear Juice into fermenter

First fermentation from 3 weeks to 1 month before racking it to a second demijohn, etc.

Bottle after fermentation is finished and let it age from 9 months to 1 year.
