Notes:
This turned out very well. Second favorite beer I've brewed. Great head formation/retention/glass lacing. Aroma is sweet and mild with some noble hops. Flavor is rich bready malt, and a small amount of hop flavor. Also a distinct fermentation character in the flavor (honey/red apples/raisins,) which I know is courtesy of the yeast because I've tasted those same flavors in beers brewed with this yeast (Weihenstephan Brewery.) Great first lager!
