Notes:

Beautifully clear after cold filtering. Very close to a Bud, This one will be repeated.

Notes:

Colour and body exact match to the best Bud. A little work to do with the hop types but very very close. Only small changes to this recipe going forward. The brew benefited by layering for 4 weeks at 4C before filtering.
