What is meant by the 0 days time frame for the last two hop additions?

Changed. I wasn't sure how to depict that the last two additions are done during a dry hop immediately upon going into secondary.

I was thinking it must've been something like that. Also, I have never done something quite like this in the secondary. Did you have to do anything special when adding the organge juice and peal during the secondary to avoid contamination?
