Slipping a brew in on a Monday. First time I've ever tried to get this in after work. 86 degrees out but humidity is down, so not as nasty. It's supposed to cool off this eve which should really help with the chilling of the wort later.Heated 3.5 gallons of strike water to 165 degrees but only hit 152 for starting mash temp.
