added a bit of Centennial that was sitting around OG 1.065, but my volume seems a bit short - at best about 2.5 gal. Hop stand for about 40 mins once cooled to 180 16Aug2016 - to secondary - just slightly less than 2.0 gal @ 1.013 gravity. I think I smell that acetone a bit, though not as strong as last time, yet. Might be the yeast (which was harvested from the Vermont Ale yeast used for the Heady Topper clone). Bummer
