Happy birthday joe! Brewed with malice on 19-05-2016 for your birthday. English amber pale ale with a tenuous link to beers like honey dew. FAILED HARD. Wort passed it's stability test with flying colours, however the yeast never kicked in (smack pack - no starter). Ended up with 20 odd litres of funk.
