This recipe is altered from the first malt extract kits I brewed in 2005 or 2006. I substituted the extract with 2row to make it all grain. Some ratios were changes to hone it closer to BJCP guideline specs. It originally called for Burton Ale yeast, I changed it to increase attenuation.
