Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Steep malts for 45 minutes at 155 F.
2.
Remove malts and bring wort to a boil.
3.
Add the DME and 2 oz. of Cascade hops.
4.
At the 50 minute mark add the .5 oz. of Cascade pellets.
5.
At the 60 minute mark remove the wort from the heat and cool rapidly.
6.
When the wort gets down to 65 F transfer to fermenter
7.
Add enough water to make 5 gallons
8.
Ferment for two weeks.
9.
Secondary ferment for additional week. (3 weeks total)
10.
Bottle condition for three weeks.
