Dry malt extracts on a boil with fuggles

Other sugars on to boil after 1 hour

Irish Moss added for last 15 mins

Left over night to cool

Yeast pitched - SG 1.041

After 5 days (SG 1.010) racked to closed container to finish fermenting

Bulldog Finishing Hops (Fuggles) 'Tea bag' added for last five days of fermenting
