Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Boil 60 minutes adding hops according to regimen above
2.
Add Coriander, Orange Peel and wort chiller in last 10 minutes of boil.
3.
Chill wort to 68F, aerate wort and pitch yeast
4.
Ferment in primary at 63-68F for 1 week or until head breaks
5.
Rack to secondary at 63-68F for 2 weeks
