Special Instructions

1.
heat 3 gals of water to 165 F
2.
remove from heat and steep grains for 30 mins in bag
3.
bring to boil and carefully add extracts
4.
boil for 60 minutes with hop additions
5.
cool and siphon off wort and add cold water up to 5 gal
6.
oxygenate, pitch and let sit for 2 weeks at 70 F
7.
add dry hops for 7 days before bottling
