English inspired barley wine with left over hops. Progress and Chinook. Maltbillt with Maris Otter and some specialty malts. Also DME, candysugar and honey. Yeast is reused from a Brown Ale we brewed in December. Made a 1liter starter the day before brewday.
Secondary with half batch Brett C. and oakspiral, second half regular. After two weeks i saw a leak from the fermenter with brett, so i transferred them both into a single fermentor. 6 months of aging before bottling.
