Special Instructions

1.
Used parboiled rice and ground it in cofee grinder. Steeped for 40 min in 1 gallon water at 155.

Used Walmart Spring water for entire batch.
3.
Added rice bag and water to full boil.
4.
Added orange peel, corn sugar and lactose to boil at 45 min remaining in boil.
5.
Added whirfloc tablet with 15 min left in boil
6.
Started yeast in Steeped rice water with 5 tsp of yeast nutrient
7.
OG was spot on at 1.057
8.
Brewed on 3/21/16
