Special Instructions

1.
Mix milled grains and rice in the mash tun while still dry
2.
Heat 12 gallons of water to 166°F to reach a mash temperature of 152°F
3.
Hold at 152F for 75 minutes then set temp on recirculation to raise to 167°F
4.
Sparge with 17.5 gallons of water heated to 172°Fto collect 25.5 gallons in brew kettle, about 75 minutes
5.
Bring to a hard boil for 75 minutes adding hops according to schedule
6.
DO NOT ADD WHIRLFLOC
7.
After boil whirlpool, cool and aerate. Add 45 grams WB-06
