Special Instructions

Steep specialty grains at 168F for 45 minutes
2.
Add clove, nutmeg, orange and aroma hops in last 5 minutes
3.
Add Vanilla Extract in Primary 1/8th tsp
4.
Ferment at 68-74F for 14 days or 5/9 days if using an optional secondary
5.
Remove grain and bring to a boil then add DME
6.
Add flavoring hops for 40 min
7.
Add finishing hops for 15 min
8.
Boil for 60 minutes
