Mash Steps

Special Instructions

Mash in 15 quarts. Hold at 153 for 90 min.
2.
Space with 170 deg and collect 27 quarts wort.
3.
At flame out cut vanilla bean and break cinnamon stick into 3/4 pieces and along with nutmeg. Cover and let stand 15 mins.
4.
Chill to 80F. Measure gravity. Aerate and pitch yeast.
