steep grains for 60 minutes hold at 151*-155*

drain grain, start to boil remove from heat add lme and dissolve
3.
return to heat, boil add dme. boil 15 minutes

60minutes add east Kent hops
5.
30 minutes add wort chiller
6.
15 minutes add .5 oz Willamette hops
7.
1 minute add .5oz Willamette hops
8.
chill to 75, rack, pitch yeast starter.
