Special Instructions
1.Steep grains between 155 and 165 degrees for thirty minutes. Maintaining this temperature is pretty important.
2.Don't squeeze bag when removing it in order to maintain husk integrity and so as to not impart tannins. (You can mini-sparge with a teakettle, but whatever).
3.Add 3.5lbs of extract at 60 mins and the other half in two parts at 30 and 15 mins. No later.
4.Whirlfloc at 10 mins.
5.Hopstand/Whirlpool flameout hops for thirty mins at 170. Maintain that temp.
