Mash at 152F for 60 minutes (4 gal @165F)

Vorlauf until clear (2 qts)

Lauter slowly

Batch Sparge at 168F for 15 minutes (4 gal @ 185F)

Vorlauf until clear (2 qts)
6.
Lauter slowly until 6.5 gallons of wort
7.
Boil for 60 minutes following Hop schedule
8.
Add yeast nutrient at 10 minutes
9.
Cool to 70F by chiller or ice bath
10.
Transfer to fermenter, aerate wort, and pitch yeast
11.
Primary for 7 days then rack to 2ndary for 7 days for clarity
12.
Transfer to keg, add CO2 and relief, then cold crash 3 days
13.
Add CO2, Enjoy when to taste
