Special Instructions

Heat 10.5 gallons Burton Water profile to 170F to reach 153F mash
2.
Hold for 90 minutes stirring every 30 minutes
3.
Heat 18 gallons Burton Water profile to 170F
4.
After 90 min ramp mash to 167F
5.
Let mash rest for 10 min at 167F start sparge
6.
Follow hop schedule , note FW Cascade
7.
Pitch 4 tabs Whirlfloc with 15 minutes remaining
8.
After flame out whirlpool when wort is at 195F
9.
When 2ND batch is cooled pitch 38 grams of 05 yeast or repitch as available
