Pumpkin and spice infused holiday robust porter. Added more spice at carbonation, 2 oz table sugar. Tasted finished product, light on pumpkin flavor and needs more spices (cloves/allspice/ginger?), good mouthfeel - soft like oatmeal stout, roasty. More black like stout, less dark brown like porter.

Special Instructions

Mash 3.75gal at 180f(155f) for 60 min.

Sparge 3gal at 212f(170f) for 10 min.

Collect 6.5 gal wert.

At boil add 2 cans Pumpkin Puree, and hops
5.
Add whirl floc & spices at 15min.
6.
Roast Pumpkin at 350 for 1 hr.
