1. Add 15L to Urn & bring to 73 (mash in was a bit ow so up to 75 next time)2. Put pot in oven and warm to 1003. Add 12L to pot4. Add balance of water to pots on the stove or sparging5. #8!!! Need to figure out where to measure heat!!! Need to adjust efficiency!!! seems to be far more trub in Allgrain - loose about 2L when racking to fermenter - maybe topup???- split brew (mashed at night, boiled in the morning)- Mash temp climbed slightly in the beginning- Mash held temp until about halfway and then I wrapped it in towels- 5min to go dropped to 64C.
