!!! Need to figure out where to measure heat
!!! Need to adjust efficiency
!!! seems to be far more trub in Allgrain - loose about 2L when racking to fermenter - maybe topup???
- split brew (mashed at night, boiled in the morning)
- Mash temp climbed slightly in the beginning
- Mash held temp until about halfway and then I wrapped it in towels
- 5min to go dropped to 64C. Turned heat on for 20secs (no change in temp)
- 3min to go added heat - opened and stirred - got to 65 then turned off - continued up to 66.5
- seemed to be hottest near the surface
- mash may have been a bit hot - !!! Need to figure out where to measure heat
- heating up overshoots by about 1.5 to 2 degs
- gravity at 60mins was 1.027(7Bx) measured from a top sample
- Volume after mash 6.9L (2.1L absorbed)
- Boil volume 13.8L (just touching the bottom of the handle screws)
- gravity after mash 1.046 (11.7Bx)
- gravity after sparge 1.030 (7.8Bx) hydro was 1.031
- During boil ambient temp was about 17C average (Hight humidity ?100%)
- 20 mins to come to the boil (after standing about 6 hours)
- 5 buckets to cool to 22degs in abt 15mins

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 13.80gallonsliters at 1.030 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 3.80gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.038.
You wanted an OG of 1.045. It looks like it will be under.
