Special Instructions

Pumpkin rubbed with brown sugar prior to baking.
2.
Keep Pumpkin in BIAB bag to avoid stuck mash.
3.
Added 175F sparge water after draining 1st runnings for secondary rest at 151F.

Prime with Grade B Maple Syrup, Add half of the first spicing to maple syrup.
