My first homebrew ever. Not sure what I was thinking with only 1 min. hop addition. It was January 1997. I was just going off notes I had taken. There weren't any fancy online homebrew apps back then, heck there was barely the internet.

I've seen a few recipes that call for adding the flavoring/aroma hops at flame out, so essentially, 0 minutes.
