Final gravity was 1.004. Couldn't increase the attenuation % any further.... Tasty, though you can tell there's alcohol in the after taste. Just slowly evaporates out of your mouth. Used danstar saison yeast. 4 weeks total fermentation starting at 75 F for 1.5 weeks, rest at 70 F.
