Special Instructions
1.Mash target 149F, mash 162 stir and hold at 150F. Batch sparge 170F 30 mi add half for 15min. Add other half 15 min. Run off a gallon until wort clear.
2.Hop the Magnum & Pearl at 33% in first running before boil.
