Special Instructions

1.
Mash in at 1.5 qts/lb of grain to hit a temp of 114*.
2.
Collect 1 gallon of thick mash (grain) and 1.5 gallons of thin mash (liquid)and boil for ten minutes.
3.
Return decoction to main mash and let rest @ 150* for 30 more minutes.
4.
Sparge and collect 6.5 gallons of wort.
5.
Ferment at 67* raising to 72* at end of fermentaition.
6.
Prime with dextrose to reach 2 volumes CO2 and keg or bottle.
