Special Instructions

1.
I use 9 lbs of canned pumpkin roasted with a 1/2 lb brown sugar at 350° for 1 hour. I add 3 cinnamon sticks & 3 tsp of pumpkin spice @ 10 min in the boil. It cones out awesome with lots of pumpkin flavor & a hint of spice. Usually 9% & fantastic.
