5.3 Gallons water @ 168 (did 182 and it was way to hot. Tried this to factor for both grain and cooler temp loss)

MASH IN @ 152 (add strike water to cooler at 166) for 60 minutes

4.8 gallons Sparge water in HLT 188 ( I want that grain bed to be 170 during sparging)
