Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Spread pumpkin into shallow pan and bake at 350F for 60 minutes
2.
Mash-in @ 154F with 3.75 gals of water @ 169F
3.
Cover mash for 60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes
4.
Mash-out and sparge @ 170
5.
Bring wort to boil, then add hops and pumpkin
6.
After 55 minutes of boiling, add maple syrup and spices
7.
After 60 minutes remove from heat and chill to 65F
8.
Transfer to carboy and take gravity reading
9.
Ferment at 64F to 68F for 14 days
