It was good! pretty much like you'd think - the carmel and vienna make it amber, the corn lightens it up. So it's 17 ibus and 5%. I've seen others like this called "Oktoberfast" because it's close to a Marzen but a quick ale. The S04 drops super clean and is super fast, but use your favorite clean yeast. Unless you don't like oktoberfest beers. My undertstanding is that Gerst is an old Nashville Brewery and Yazoo resurrected it. I Love Octoberfest-style beers all year round, so it was great for me.
