Notes:
Still tastes good, better with aging. the problem with this beer was over-carbonation, and I mean WAY. I used corn sugar and DME. Next time, use slight less spice and little less bittering. I'll keg next time or use much less priming sugar. More grain and less other fermentables.

Notes:
Tastes great at bottling. Minimal cardamom this time, but playing nicely now with other spices. Semi-sweet malt flavor. No hop aroma or flavor. Smooth mouth feel with slight alcohol after burn. This is going to be phenomenal in one to two months of aging.
